Human Resources Management Course
As part of this group project, I created three essential job descriptions for a new business concept called Fresh Fusion. My focus was to outline the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for the Team Member, Shift Manager, and General Manager positions.
These job descriptions were designed to support clear recruitment processes, performance management, and team development. By defining each position with clarity and intention, the project highlighted the importance of structure, consistency, and alignment between organizational goals and employee expectation.

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package
Human Resources Management Course
This assignment involved designing a complete compensation and benefits package for a General Manager role. The package included salary recommendations, orientation and start dates, and detailed paid time off policies such as sick leave, vacation days, personal days, holiday pay, and an annual bonus.
I also calculated health insurance coverage, retirement plan options, and additional perks such as pet insurance and legal support. The goal was to create a competitive, comprehensive package that balanced organizational goals with employee needs.
This project strengthened my understanding of compensation strategy, benefits planning, and the importance of supporting employee wellbeing through thoughtful total rewards.
